Day 00: Delhi to Manali (overnight journey by Air-conditioned Volvo)
Arrive in Delhi on your own basis by Air or Train. After reaching Delhi Airport or Railway station go to Volvo station on your own basis. Volvo starts from Majanu Ka Tila/ITO Bal Bhavan/R. K. Shram Delhi AT 05:00 P.M. and reach Manali between 08:00 am to 09:00 am next day in the morning. Overnight journey by Air-conditioned Volvo.
Day 01: Manali Half day local sightseeing Tour
On arrival in Manali check in hotel (Early check in subject to room availability), Afternoon Manali sightseeing tour visit Hadimba Temple built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. Club House The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day. Visit Manu temple which located in old Manali. Later proceeding to Vashisht village well known for its hot springs. Later visit Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar. Evening free for leisure and explore the shopping mall of Manali. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Excursion tour to Solang Valley
A day excursion to Solang Valley. The place is also well known for adventurous sports whether summer sports or winter sports. Parachuting, skating/skiing, zorbing and paragliding are some of the famous sports played here. Few ski agencies also offer different courses as well as equipment to enjoy but these agencies are active only in winter seasons since snow melts in summer season. Later back to Manali and explore the local market. Overnight stay at hotel.
Note: Excursion to Rohtang Pass is not the part of the tour. It will be as per the NGT directions & subject is to vehicle permits.
Day 03: Excursion tour to Kullu & Manikaran
After Breakfast day excursion to Kullu & Manikaran, Manikaran is a pilgrimage centre for Hindus and Sikhs. The Hindus believe that Manu recreated human life in Manikaran after the flood, making it a sacred area. It has many Temples and a Gurudwara. There are temples of Lord Rama, Krishna, and Vishnu. The area is well-known for its natural hot-water springs and its beautiful landscape. En route visit Shawl Factory at Kullu, and back to Manali. Evening at leisure & personal activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Manali to Shimla
After breakfast you will depart by surface for Shimla, en-route pass by Kullu Valley, Beas River, Pandoh Dam, Sundernagar Lake, Sutlaj Link Project. Arrive Shimla and check in at hotel. Evening at leisure & relax after long journey. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Excursion tour to Kufri
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Kufri sightseeing tour. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, poney and Yak Ride and one can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri, The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities, later back to the hotel. At evening walk at The Scandal point & famous shopping place of Shimla ‘The Mall’ & The Ridge, later back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Shimla Sightseeing tour & Depart to Delhi
After breakfast, visit Indian Institute of Advanced Studies (Vice regal Lodge built in 1885). Jakhoo Temple at 2455m, this is the town's highest peak and a famous point for Shimla's famous views. The summit is crowned with a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, Visit famous temple Sankat Mochan, Christ Church built in (1844), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), The Grindlays Bank (1912) the world wide bank started by Robert Melville Grindlay. After sightseeing tour transfer to Volvo stand and board Air-conditioned Volvo back to Delhi.
