The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times and that too for specific date(s) and limited seats strictly on First Come and First Serve Basis. Travel Shravel Tour & Travels is an agent and all reservations / bookings made through our website are as per the terms and conditions. All modifications, cancellations and refunds shall be strictly in accordance with the policy of the concerned airlines / suppliers and travelshravel.com disclaims all liability in connection thereof.
1. PRICING POLICY
The prices displayed have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of product development. The agency reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before the Departure by the Client / Traveler. Any Visa cost fluctuations will have to be borne by the passenger.
Initial deposit just ensures only registration/participation on the tour but does not entitle any services like Tickets, Visas, and Hotel Accommodation until full payment has been received.
Similar designates the hotels having differential of ten to fifteen dollars in per room night tariff. The price mentioned in this website is indicative. To confirm the current price, kindly call us or give us a missed call or request a call back by submit a query.
2. WITHDRAWL OF SCHEMES AND OFFERS
In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by the agency, it shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance of the contrary is published.
3. PASSPORT INFORMATION
The client/Traveler must be of Indian Nationality and must have an Indian passport and his/her passport must be valid for minimum 06 months subsequent to the scheduled date of return of the tour (9 months in case of Malaysia and any other destination as informed from time to time by the Immigration Authorities).
Passport details are mandatory for e - ticket issuance for the sectors outside India. A few airlines also require passport details for issuing the e-ticket.
The air packages are made on the basis of the special fare and rates taken from the respective airlines and hotels. Once confirmation is made no amendments are possible without incurring cancellation charges. The airline tickets once issued are non-refundable.
All reservations and confirmations given are on behalf of Hotels/Transport companies / Suppliers and Airlines or Ground Handling agents received in Writing from Them. Agency is only a service provider on their behalf and acts as agent. Confirmation of the services is subject to availability. Rates are subject to change due to Airport Taxes / Government Taxes / Visa fee / Rate of Exchange or any last minute increase of rates. The itinerary plan is tentative and may change.
Kindly take note package rates advised with minimum number of passengers if the number of passengers reduced you need to advise us again in order for us to re-quote the package cost based on the new number of passengers each time. Cost does not include expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays, cancellations, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance etc.
Note:As these air tickets are special fare tickets/group tickets, which are delivered by the airlines one or two days prior to departure.
5. ACCOMMODATION FOR CHILD BELOW 12 YEARS OF AGE
It is expressed and given to understand that a child below 12 years of age who is booked on the tour paying the special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the tour under any circumstances. In case the client / Traveler makes any changes in their rooming while on the tour, the agency shall not make any refunds or pay any compensation to them. Client / Traveler shall be bound to pay additional charge directly to the hotel.
6. VISA REQUIREMENTS
Agency will process visa application for all travel applicants and will require the specified list of supporting documents for the same as per embassy regulations and requirement. However, Embassy reserves the right to grant the visa as Agency will only act as a facilitator and is not responsible for the Visa refusal / rejection.
Visa fee is completely nonrefundable and incase of visa rejection and re application process will be done and fresh Visa fee + cancellation charges will be applied. Proving visa is completely the discretion of Immigration and we don't stand guarantee for any Visa issuance.
Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through. Please check with the concerned airline or embassy for all visa requirements.
7. CHECK IN & CHECKOUT
Standard check in time at all hotels 1400 hrs – 1600 hrs and checkout is 0900 hrs to 1200hrs. You are therefore requested to please inform the members traveling accordingly. An early check in & late checks out is subject to the availability of the rooms and is under the sole discretion of hotel.
8. PAYMENT POLICY
Booking is undertaken with trust that balance payment of tour costs will be made later as per terms. Balance payment will required at the time of handing over the travel documents and should be only in cash / net-banking. If confirmed tour package/components are not availed it will attract cancellation charges as per cancellation policy applicable, for which balance payment will have to be paid.
For the cheque payments, the documents will be processed or delivered once the amount is credited in our account. Cash deposit in our banks will attract surcharge of 1% on the deposited amount. Our cheque bounce charges are Rs.1000/- per attempt.
Package Cost includes (Ground handling charges) Dollar / Euro / Pound segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
For any cancellations and arrangements done a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged. For any cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of INR 300 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of INR 1000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
Your booking is having travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means No Cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
10. CANCELLATION DUE TO VISA REJECTION
All the clients / Travelers travelling on a Travel Shravel Holiday tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the agency will not be held responsible for the same. The agency is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the agency is only to provide necessary guidance to the client / Traveler for the purpose of applying for VISA. The agency will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients / Travelers. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client / Traveler, the issuance of visa will further be delayed/rejected, and the client / Traveler will not hold Travel Shravel liable for the same. Client / Traveler should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy upon rejection of visa, if the client / Traveler wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from us.
11. DATE CHANGE FOR A TOUR
A transfer from one tour to another, prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking on another tour.
12. REFUND POLICY
In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, you shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the travel date in case of air/ rail/ cab/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
Agency acts only as agents for the corporate / passengers and does not own or manage any hotel / cruise line / airline / transport vehicle and hence is not liable for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay, or irregularity of any nature for any reason whatsoever for or due acts of omission or default of any supplier. The hotels are suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
The Client / Traveler will have to strictly follow the Tour Program and return to India as per the tour itinerary. There shall be no refund, if the client / Traveler fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client / Traveler to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with the representative of the agency at the appointed place, date and time.
In case if a client / Traveler along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
Even if a client / Traveler is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
If a client / Traveler avails pre - tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which is included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre - tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.
Sightseeing missed & / or program being cancelled after the commencement of the tour & before the due period due to any unavoidable situations are beyond our control.
Agency solely reserves the right to publish group photographs of the passengers taken during the tour.

14. COACH / SITTING
No seat number are allotted in the coaches are tours and transfers are in seat in coach basis. The agency will not be responsible for any defect in the Coach or in the Air-conditioner / air-cooler or for the behavior of the Driver or the attendant (applicable for seat in coach as well as private vehicles). If you are carrying any high value items on the coach / private vehicle, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach / private vehicle. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach / private vehicle. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances your responsibility. Any damages caused to the coach / private vehicle during your travel, shall be payable by you and the agency will not be liable for the same. The drivers are bound by specific rules, like maximum driving hours within a day and during a week, rest period per day / week etc. Clients / Travelers will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel, otherwise certain sightseeing schedules may be missed due to your actions/ delays and the same will be non-refundable. Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too (2 to 3 Hrs)
15. LOSS / DAMAGE
Agency is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.
16. CURRENCY AND TRAVELLERS CHEQUES
We suggest you take your holiday spending money partly in currency, partly in travellers cheques or Travel Currency Card. Travellers cheques are a safe way to carry money as they are easily encashed for a small service fee and can be replaced if they are stolen or lost, provided you have the lost travellers cheque numbers and the counterfoil. Alternatively, you can take a Travel Currency Card, which is by far the safest way to carry money and make payments. The card gives you anytime access to your cash at over 8,00,000 VISA/VISA PLUS ATMs and in any denominations you wish to withdraw. This card is also accepted by over 12 Million Visa Electron Merchant Outlets across the world.
17. HEALTH AND INSURANCE
It shall be the duty of the Client / Traveler to inform the agency in case the Client / Traveler has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. Pace of certain tours might not be suitable to individuals. Hence we suggest that individuals may choose tours as per their health conditions. The agency reserves the right to ask the Client / Traveler to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the agency will not be liable to provide any assistance or money back. It is necessary for the client / Traveler to obtain a valid travel/health insurance prior to the commencement of the tour and the agency will not be responsible for the same. Settlement of the claims will be entirely at the discretion of the insurance company.
Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent to book from us are of such nature where one has to undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them. All tours involve long hours of traveling and some tour components may include activities such as speed boat rides, balloon rides and other adventure sports which are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons. We therefore, forewarn heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure and diabetes, not to undertake tour. There will be no medical help that can be provided during such tours. Some of the tourist products are without elevators/escalators and one may has to use stairs.
In spite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tour at his own volition and risk that will be purely at their own risk.
We highly recommend a Travel Insurance to be purchased.
18. BOOKINGS ON THIRD PARTY WEBSITE
Travel Shravel is not responsible for providing, or for setting or controlling the prices applicable to, any of the travel options or products (such as flights or hotels or tour packages) which you may search for, find on and/or book via the Travel Shravel Services or Travel Shravel Platforms (“Third Party Travel Products”). All such Third Party Travel Products are provided by independent travel agents, airlines, hotels, tour operators or other third parties and are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those third parties. Travel Shravel facilitates your bookings with Travel Providers but is not responsible and has no liability to you in respect of such bookings. The identity of the relevant Travel Provider and the terms and conditions applicable to your booking with them (“Travel Provider Terms”) will be notified to you at the time of booking and you should ensure that you read and fully understand them before completing your booking. The Travel Provider Terms will set out what rights you have against the Travel Provider and will explain their liability to you in the event of anything going wrong. You agree to comply in full with all applicable Travel Provider Terms. You acknowledge that breaching Travel Provider Terms could result in the cancellation of tickets or reservations, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, and additional charges.
